What to Have Ready
Valid Photo ID
All signers must present a current, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport) at the time of signing.
Complete Documents
Documents should be complete before signing — do not pre-sign. Leave signature lines blank until Trinity is present.
All Signers Present
All parties who need to sign must be physically present at the appointment. Notarization cannot happen remotely (unless via RON).
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle are accepted. Ask about rates when booking.
